New Vista Solutions Continues to Expand its Automated Platform with the Addition of Clear Capital’s Robust Suite of Valuation Products
AUSTIN, Texas — July 23, 2020 — New Vista Solutions (NVS), a leading aggregator of mortgage settlement services products, has further enhanced its technology platform with the integration of real estate valuation and analytics fintech leader Clear Capital’s automated valuation model (AVM) cascade, property market condition report, and evaluation products, including the ClearVal™ Hybrid Appraisal.
This integration offers mortgage lenders a customized valuation ordering process that best fits their specific underwriting guidelines and approval thresholds. By automating the ordering of valuation products into a customized cascade, NVS has streamlined the loan settlement process, which saves the lender time and money.
“We are focused on bringing state-of-the-art technology and efficiency to the lending community,” said Jesse Rivera, CEO at New Vista Solutions. “Clear Capital’s valuation products are a good fit for our lender customers — and with continued enhancements to our MeridianLink integration and the recent rollout of our newest bundled product, FastTrack, we’re moving in the right direction.”
“Our solutions are built with the mindset of meeting both cost and compliance demands while delivering efficiencies that make lenders’ jobs easier,” said Kenon Chen, executive vice president of corporate strategy at Clear Capital. “Our suite of flexible products — from AVMs to hybrid desktop appraisals to appraisal risk reviews — fit in with New Vista Solutions’ mold of leveraging technology to better serve its lending community.”
New Vista Solutions is also stepping into the green energy space with two new products that help property owners access a database of financial incentives available when they incorporate energy-efficient design into their new construction or renovation projects. One of these products, The Quick Summary, is designed to be a low-price-point marketing tool for lenders who are 1) promoting home equity products to existing borrowers with tappable equity, 2) seeking new customers who need to finance home renovations, or 3) working with property owners who are constructing or renovating commercial buildings. It makes the borrower aware of cost-saving incentives they might not otherwise know about and introduces them to the second product, a more detailed list of incentives, called The Green Report.
The Quick Summary is now available to lenders when they order Clear Capital valuation products on the NVS platform. The lender is then able to pass The Quick Summary to the borrower as a value-added service that reinforces the lender/borrower relationship and potentially saves the borrower money.
