New Vista Solutions (NVS) was founded in 2007 and is a leading provider of settlement services for the residential and commercial real estate markets, offering clients the efficiency of a single resource for multiple settlement service solutions. NVS enhances the efficiency of the settlement processes, reducing time to close and increasing client profitability. A user friendly online system supported by a dedicated staff of professionals provides a complete spectrum of products, including flood certifications, appraisals, alternative valuation products, mortgage loan reports, credit reports, alternative title products and income and employment verification.

Jesse Rivera, CEO
Jesse Rivera launched New Vista Solutions in 2007. He was instrumental in building the company into a profitable vendor management enterprise serving the mortgage services community.
Jesse is responsible for identifying and maintaining strategic partnerships that bring the highest quality vendor settlement services to New Vista customers. He also oversees the operational fulfillment of all services provided by NVS.
Prior to New Vista, Jesse’s career was focused on business development and strategic marketing initiatives in senior level roles with various national lender services providers — including Trans Union and Stewart Mortgage Information Services.
Before his career in mortgage services began, Jesse’s Texas roots led him to Southwest Texas State University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

Gary Kasper, President
Gary Kasper brings over thirty years of experience in the mortgage services industry to his role as President at New Vista. Since 2013 when he joined the NVS team, he has focused on developing innovative mortgage settlement products and tools that serve the Community Banking and Credit Union industries.
In 1997, Gary sold his interest in Chaparral Mortgage, which he co-founded, and stepped into a national sales manager role at TransUnion’s flood services division.
In 2003, he was offered a position with Stewart Mortgage Information Services where he spent the next five years overseeing a national sales group and the expansion of settlement services products through direct sales and indirect reseller channels.
When Stewart’s flood division was acquired by Wolters Kluwer in 2008, Gary was asked to join the WK team as Business Manager to oversee the flood business and to develop a line of bundled services products.
