New Vista Solutions (NVS) was founded in 2007 and is a leading provider of settlement services for the residential and commercial real estate markets, offering clients the efficiency of a single resource for multiple settlement service solutions. NVS enhances the efficiency of the settlement processes reducing time to close, increasing client profitability. A user friendly online system, supported by a dedicated staff of professionals, provides a complete spectrum of products including, flood certifications, appraisals, alternative valuation products, mortgage loan reports, credit reports, alternative title products and income and employment verification.

CEO: Jesse Rivera
Jesse Rivera is responsible for the profitable growth of the company including strategic partnerships, business development, and account management while ensuring excellence in operational fulfillment of all functions performed by NVS.
Mr. Rivera's career includes senior positions in business development and account management with various national lender services providers: Trans Union Settlement Services, Trans Union Credit and Stewart Lender Services where his duties included the development of strategies, and execution and management of comprehensive marketing plan initiatives for targeted markets.
Mr. Rivera was instrumental in starting and growing a Texas title company after the inception of NVS. Mr. Rivera received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University.
President: Gary Kasper
Gary Kasper joined NVS in 2013 as President bringing over 30 years of mortgage experience. Gary co-founded Chaparral Mortgage in 1990, and serving as president of the company until selling ownership in 1997. Gary utilized his mortgage experience moving into the settlement business serving in management positions with three of the largest multi-billion dollar companies in the industry.
In 1997 Gary was hired as a national sales manager for TransUnion’s newly acquired flood determination division. In 2003 Gary was recruited to take a position as Vice President of Sales, Automated Settlement Products with Stewart Information Services, a division of Stewart Title. In this position Gary successfully managed the national growth of settlement services products through indirect reseller channels as well as through a direct national sales group.
In 2008 Stewart’s flood determination division was acquired by Wolters Kluwer, and Gary was recruited to serve as the business manager of the Settlement Services Division. Gary oversaw the existing flood determination business as well as the expansion into the bundled settlement services product lines.
In his role at New Vista Gary uses his lending industry experience and long standing partnerships with settlement providers to create leading national innovative lending tools and products to New Vista’s Credit Union and Bank lenders.
